We’re Adding a new Service! Introducing: Manual Lymphatic Drainage!

We’re adding a new service!

Hi there!

I am so excited to officially introduce our newest service: Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)!!!

For a long time, I’ve wanted to bring Manual Lymphatic Drainage to our spa. It’s a service I truly believe in — not just for how it makes you feel in the moment, but for how it supports your body over time.

Most people don’t think about their lymphatic system… until they start feeling:

• Puffy or bloated

• Swollen in the legs or abdomen

• Congested in the face or sinuses

• Heavy after travel

• Inflamed or sluggish

• “Off” after long sedentary days

The lymphatic system plays a key role in fluid balance and immune support. When it slows down — whether from stress, travel, long workdays, hormonal shifts, or recovery from procedures — fluid can linger in the tissues.

That’s where MLD comes in.

What I love most about this treatment is how gentle it is. It’s not deep tissue. It’s not aggressive. It’s slow, intentional, and deeply calming — yet it can make such a noticeable difference.

MLD is especially supportive if you:

• Travel frequently

• Sit for long hours at work

• Experience recurring fluid retention

• Are recovering from cosmetic procedures (treatments may be provided with physician clearance)

• Want to be more proactive about whole-body wellness

As with all of our services, each session is customized by our licensed MLD Therapist. We structure treatments around specific body zones so we can focus where your body needs support most.

Because lymphatic care works best with consistency, we’ve also created package options for those who want to experience cumulative benefits over time.

This is more than just a new service — it’s another step in our commitment to intentional, holistic care for our community. I truly can’t wait for you to experience it.

If you’ve been curious about lymphatic drainage, this is your invitation.

I’m looking forward to seeing you soon and let me know what you think when you give this unique treatment a try!
