Yes! We partner with Guardian Medical to provide and manage our medical protocols and patient pre-screening. All patients will fill out a client intake form and have a remote medical consultation with one of our Doctors or Physician’s Assistants (P.A.) before coming into the spa for their IV treatment.

All treatments will be administered by one of our onsite California licensed Registered Nurses (R.N.).

All IV Infusion treatments will take approximately 45-60 minutes. Some clients may experience longer infusion times depending on how well they receive fluids.

Please bring your ID and make sure you complete the virtual Good Faith Exam with a Nurse Practitioner before arriving. We will provide a link to our medical service to complete this exam. Our onsite nurses will review with you before administering treatment.

You can also bring a blanket if you think you may get cold. All IV fluids are room temperature with the exception of a few of our vitamins which are chilled, so you may feel a little temperature change once receiving your IV. We are also happy to provide a blanket or hot drink when you come!

• For our 45G Vitamin C infusion you do not need anything.

• For a 60G or 75G Vitamin C Infusion we would like you to take a G6PD Blood Test via your doctor and receive their approval.

  • You should get a G6PD blood test before receiving a high-dose Vitamin C infusion to check for glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency. People with this deficiency are at risk of developing hemolytic anemia (destruction of red blood cells) when exposed to high doses of vitamin C, which can be dangerous. The test ensures it's safe for you to receive the treatment.

• Book an appointment online (you’ll pay after the service is performed).

• Check your confirmation email to fill out the Client Intake form and you’ll be prompted to complete an online Good Faith Exam* with a Physician’s Assistant from our medical office Guardian Medical. (*Good Faith Exams only needed to be completed for first time clients before your first appointment).

• Come to your scheduled appointment time and check-in at Reception.

• Our Nurses will go over treatment goals and administer the IV.

• Hang out in our comfy IV Lounge while you get your IV.

• Pay for your treatment after the IV is done!

• That’s it! :)

Everyone’s pain tolerance is different. While some people find needles to be relatively painless, others may experience some discomfort. For those patients, we offer options to make the process more comfortable. That said, the procedure is not considered extremely painful. In fact, we use a smaller needle than what is typically used in a traditional hospital setting and our expert nurses will do everything they can to keep you comfortable!

Vitamin IV Infusions are generally very safe, with little to no side-effects for most patients.

During the IV infusion, some patients may experience a cool sensation of the arm and a mineral taste in the mouth. We offer blankets (or you can bring your own!) and hot tea and coffee during your treatment for you to stay comfortable.

After the IV infusion, mild bruising or slight swelling may occur at the injection site. All of which is very normal for this treatment process.

Major side effects are extremely rare but our skilled nursing staff is very diligent in monitoring our clients and are proactive if some discomfort persists.

It is important to complete the Good Faith Exam prior to your visit and communicate with your nurse if you are concerned about any current health issues you may be experiencing prior to the treatment.

Negative reactions are rare, as this procedure is both safe and well-proven to be beneficial. That said, everyone is closely monitored, and if any discomfort arises, we’ll simply pause the treatment and keep an eye on things. Most individuals respond positively to the therapy, often feeling more energized and alert right from the start.
